Unlike traditional antenatal education which focuses on the time before having a baby, Hooga Natal shares knowledge and skills aligned to the phases of the pregnancy journey, as well as preparation for postnatal recovery and becoming a new parent.
By joining the programme, you can expect:

Time during each workshop is spent outside when possible, within safe spaces in woodland areas, including our Nature Circle. Women and families will be able to enjoy the benefits of being outdoors in the fresh air together, promoting opportunities to relax, walk and talk.
