Although there is no direct translation for the word Hooga, it comes from the Danish word hygge and describes the warm, cosy feeling of contentment when your ’cup is full.’

With a focus on holistic movement and meditation, my sessions aim to leave participants feeling both physically stronger and mentally calmer.
Specialisation in antenatal preparation and postnatal recovery, is supported by my background in nursing, midwifery, and pelvic coaching, ensuring that each woman receives personalised care.
Drawing from my extensive clinical experience and my own journey as a mother of three, I encourage women to prioritise self-care and embrace movement, breathwork, and nature as essential daily practices.
My ultimate goal is to empower women to retain or reclaim their strength and embrace motherhood with confidence.
As a certified postnatal doula, I am here to support new mums during one of life’s biggest transitions.
It’s a significant moment. The time following the birth of a baby can be a whole host of things. It might be exciting and new, but it can also be daunting, overwhelming and challenging. Many parents will experience a range of emotions as they make the transition to life with a newborn(s).
Feeling prepared, supported and cared for after a baby is born is so important. And feeling vulnerable as a new mother is normal. It's about having the right support in place, as no one needs to cope or do this alone.
I'm passionate about helping mums recognise what they need in the postnatal period. Helping them to understand the lifelong value that prioritising the fourth trimester can have on their wellbeing, their baby’s and the family around them.
