Hooga means feelings of wellness and contentment. When combined with Pilates you find an holistic work out, focusing on mind and body.

Visualisation is used to guide you through each exercise, flowing with your breath and using mindfulness techniques to meditate and relax.


Each exercise is tailored to individual needs, (whether you are pre or postnatal), and adaptations are provided such as bands and blocks to help completely support you.

Progressions are also provided to help you develop strength, flexibility and mobility when you are ready.


Each class covers holistic movement, including pelvic floor exercises, to help support and rehabilitate your body for everyday life.

Specialist pelvic floor treatment and education is available, with a referral system to the local private Women’s Health Physiotherapists, if required.


Specialist sessions and workshops in your community group or workplace are also available for either Pilates and/or pelvic floor health, helping to raise awareness and improve wellbeing.

We offer pre and postnatal classes, including prenatal movement and relaxation classes to nurture you during pregnancy and prepare for birth.


Classes include an introduction to pelvic health advice; learning to harness pelvic floor muscles to support you through pregnancy - and relax when needed.


Breathwork is a key element of Pilates and pelvic floor training; learn how to use breathwork as a powerful tool to engage and relax body and mind, for birth and beyond.


Movement classes are led by our trained midwife, Laura, who will monitor your individual needs and adapt each guided movement.


Leave each class feeling calm and relaxed, in body and mind.


Individually tailored face to face or online 1:1 sessions are available.
